So You Would Like Your Own Custom Creation? You have come to the right place! Please select the option that best suits your needs below for further instructions
Fantastic! I am all over the place these days, but I am based primarily in either Bar Harbor, ME or Northern Massachusetts. I travel through most of New England to create custom boards for all types of events. Please note travel of more than an hour will result in a higher travel fee. Contact me at notyamamascheeseboard@gmail.com or fill out the form here.
Don't Worry! I have a few different options for people who live outside of my area, but still want a board. If you are in the NYC Metro Area, with enough notice I could be available to come down and do a board for you! If you are not in New England or NYC I offer predesigned cheese board shopping lists and video support to help you make your own creation! Use the form here to contact me, select the I Want to Make My Own options.
Yay! Me too! I am always learning new things, and I am always willing to answer questions to the best of my abilities. Feel free to contact me here and use the Help Me option. Need help translating cheese speak? Don't know what "barnyard" tastes like? (it's like keeping your mouth open when putting on a wool sweater) Need the perfect pairing for that 24 month imported gouda you found? Hit me up!
Girl, Same. If you are lactose intolerant, not allergic (if you are allergic, I am so sorry for you) I can help you find cheeses that are either low in lactose, or are so tasty you won't mind the blinding cramps because the ecstasy of the taste will be just that good. (looking at you Brillat Savarin) Let me help you find the best cheeses to avoid the cramps but not miss out on the flavors. Contact me here and use the Lactose Be Gone option.
I am sorry for you. No Really, cheese is heavenly. Despite the fact I find it sacrilegious and morally grey in the world of cheesemongers I do actually make "Not Cheese" boards. These can be anything from crudite boards, fruit boards, or even a selection of nut spreads (I refuse to call them cheese). Contact me here using the Only Nut Spreads option.
